Q: What methonds of payment do you accept?
A: We use PayPal as our online payment processor, the reason why we choose PayPal is, it's safer, faster and a more secure way to shop and buy online when you make a payment with your credit card or any other form of method payment you use for online payment. (You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card as well)
Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
A:We will only charge you sales tax if the order you place is being shipped in the state of Texas. All orders outside of the state of Texas will not be charged sales tax.
Q:How much is shipping and by what method is merchandise shipped?
A:There is a $9.95 flat shipping fee on all orders shipped by USPS or UPS ground shipping.
Q:How long does shipping take?
A:We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days. Transit times can range from 1-7 business days depending on your location.
Q:What is your shipping policy?
A:Internet Biz Info will ship all products within 2-3 business days. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email. Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
Q:What is your return policy?
A:Internet Biz Info should be notified no later than 10 days after you receive your order should you want to return your merchandise. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!
Returns are accepted:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
1) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.
2) Merchandise was ordered more than 10 days ago.
3) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
All postage fees, both to you and back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns must be preauthorized. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. (No restocking fee on exchanges.) Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting information@internetbizinfo.com.

A:We will accept almost all exchanges. Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are:
1) Merchandise was ordered more than 10 days ago.
2) Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser.
3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition.
Q:Do you ship out of the continental USA?
A:No not at the present time
Q:Do you have a showroom?
A:In order to keep overhead low and merchandise costs even lower we have only an internet business with no showroom,but we are planning on it in the near future.
